By referring your patients to Octave, they'll have access to a carefully selected group of therapists with a broad range of expertise. We partner with clients to create personalized plans that can include individual, couples, and family therapy.
Creating a new model for mental health delivery.
We are currently in-network with multiple payers - including Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, and Health Net - and working to expand our insurance network.
We employ evidence-based modalities, while tracking and measuring progress throughout the care journey to ensure our clients can reach their goals.
We can address a spectrum of mental health needs through individual, couples, and family therapy. We also have a diverse referral network if unable to provide the appropriate care.
Octave currently has more than 800 therapists across six states and Washington DC, with diverse areas of expertise, backgrounds, and licensure.
We are growing quickly to expand access to high-quality care.
We are currently in-network with multiple employer-sponsored insurance plans. Co-pays and deductibles for our services range based on specific coverage.

Once a referral is received, our Client Experience team will reach out to the client within 1 business day to answer questions and help with their intake process.
Our intake process starts with a short questionnaire to identify each client's unique needs and preferences, so we can best match them with the right provider. If needed, a Care Navigator will follow up with a live consultation call.
Time from referral to first visit depends on the client’s needs, but typically we’re able to get a new client into care within 10 business days.
Individual Therapy: $170-250/session
Couples or Family Therapy: $190-275/session
