I believe being in an equilibrium state is one of the keys to healthy well-being; however, we often face many challenges in our life that could easily lead to a disequilibrium. My role as a therapist is to work with you collaboratively to address your needs, to guide you in understanding how your past experiences shape your present self; to help you in identifying your thought patterns and emotions that affect your behaviors; and to coach you so that you are equipped when dealing with different life challenges. By working as a team, you will eventually be able to restore the balance and maintain a healthy well-being.

Outside of my work, I like to spend time with my family and friends, especially traveling with them.
I try to practice yoga daily before I start my day. I also practice mindfulness everyday to support my mental and emotional well-being.
My favorite non-profit organization is ASPCA. I love animals and I hope someday I can find the time to volunteer in an animal shelter.
When I need to recharge, I will do gardening. To me, it's really "zen" when I take care of the plants. I enjoy smelling the fragrance of the flowers.
