I have over 26 years of experience and this has allowed me to gain the skills necessary to help my clients reach their goals. My approach is very warm and compassionate, making it easy for people to feel comfortable and safe. I find it rewarding to help people move forward and take part in their healing. I enjoy helping people create balance by developing healthy daily habits. I use various modalities to help individuals gain insight, discover inner strength, and take the necessary steps to make changes necessary to achieve their goals.

Some of my interests outside of work are walking my dogs, watching sports, and spending time in my garden.
I start my morning with stretching and making gratitude statements. I also set a daily goal for myself.
I recharge by spending time with my friends, family, and fur babies.
Throughout my life, I have had many fur babies. I am currently a pet mom to 3 wonderful dogs. They enjoy being my coworkers and they all think they are my favorite. Don't be surprised if you hear them snoring in the background.
