I place great value on using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide my clinical practice and will integrate a number of approaches to meet your needs and goals. I specialize in treating people who have experienced trauma and individuals suffering with anxiety and/or depression. I will work to develop a therapeutic alliance to help you process your thoughts and feelings, and find healthy coping mechanisms and outlets to live your best life.
