I identify as a compassionate counselor. Outside of Mindfulness practices, I work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a specific niche of CBT called Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. I use this to hone in on core irrational beliefs and to reframe them through cognitive restructuring. This clinical approach is supported by research on neuroplasticity.
