I enjoy time with my family and friends. I like to spend time outdoors in nature and I love animals.
I try to start my day with a mindful intention. I also do regular deep breathing exercises.
Velveteen Rabbit. This was one of my favorite books growing up and still is my favorites. I connected with the message of this book and it holds a special place on my heart.
ASPCA - I love animals and helping those animals who have not been treated well.
Time to myself. Reading, doing crafts, time outside, mindfulness activities.
I currently have 5 pets. Two dogs and 3 cats. My favorite pet story is when I took one of dogs to the beach. I thought she would love the water and have a good time. She ended up not liking water at all and planted herself in the sand and refused to budge.
