Obtaining a good rapport is key. I seek to meet my clients where they're at yet challenge them to reach their own treatment goals.

My Therapy Style

I have years of experience working with adults who struggle with depression, substance abuse issues, dual diagnosis, anxiety, trauma, relational problems and life transition issues.

In regards to my style, obtaining a good rapport is key. I seek to meet my clients where they're at, yet challenge them to reach their own treatment goals. I assign therapy homework such as listening to podcast, journaling, self care, practicing skills learned in session in order to help them on their journey.
