I have been a practicing clinician since 2013. I graduated from Fordham University with a concentration in clinical social work. As a therapist, I like to learn about your life as a whole. I truly believe that our life experiences, current coping skills, and resources affect the way we live life. I have personal experience with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Trauma and REALLY enjoy working in these areas. I have worked with individuals from all walks of life who are experiencing relationship issues, professional burnout, stress, anxiety and depression.
I have an eclectic approach to therapy. Everyone is a unique individual with unique needs; therefore, I will work with you every step of the way to identify what techniques and therapeutic styles best work for you.
