My Therapy Style
I am a licensed clinical therapist with a wealth of experience helping people with issues such as anxiety, depression, anger management, men's issues, and relationship issues. I focus on meeting my clients where they are and helping them gain insight, understanding, and, most importantly, self-acceptance. I strive to provide a safe and judgment-free environment. Why did you become a mental health professional?
I have overcome struggles and trauma in my own life and find it very rewarding helping others heal and grow.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?
Designated "stimulus-free" time. I enjoy the grounding that comes with using an eye mask and ear plugs to drown everything out while lying on the floor for 15 minutes. It is tremendously rejuvenating!
How do you recharge?
Spending time with my family.
Do you have any pets?
I currently have two cats. I have had dogs most of my life and am looking forward to finding my next rescue!
