I understand the weight of depression and anxiety and the courage it takes to seek help. With this in mind, my practice is rooted in creating a safe space for vulnerability and growth where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. My goal is to help you cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of purpose. Utilizing evidence-based practices, we will find skills that work best for you. Healing is not linear, and it's okay to take things one day at a time. I'm here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support every step of the way.

I had my own experiences with therapy when I was growing up and it opened my eyes to how much of an asset it can be in a person's life. I work to not only help individuals cope and heal with stressors in their own lives but also to end the stigma of receiving treatment for mental health.
I love to read books and then talk a lot about the books to anyone who will listen. I enjoy singing in the car and listening to music. When I have time, I will join some yoga classes at my local studio. I also love spending time with my 2 rescue dogs.
It is a lifelong journey, but learning how to speak positively to myself and actually putting it into practice. One of my favorite affirmations is "You deserve to take up space."
Anxious People by Fredrik Backman. It is an adorable story with some very deep discussions about trauma, anxiety, depression, and how we relate to and empathize with others.
Alzheimer's Association. My family and I will donate in honor of my grandmother. I am hopeful for progress within my lifetime.
I love a good guided meditation. Sometimes I will feel as if I've gotten a full night's sleep after taking some time for myself and listening to a soothing voice walk me through some peaceful visualizations.
I have 2 rescue dogs, Nico and Josie. When my husband and I went to adopt Nico and we were signing paperwork, Nico jumped up, put his front paws up on the table and stamped his muddy paw on his adoption papers. I guess he approved!
