Why did you become a mental health professional?

It was a natural progression for me. I've always loved helping others. I have always been told I am someone people can come to with their problems and I enjoy watching people find success and inner joy.

What are your interests outside of work?

Yoga, hiking, reading & travel. I love my family and my pets.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I love to walk. I find it grounds me and helps me focus and get clear on what the day will bring.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Fearless. It is an Anti-Domestic Violence Organization. It is a cause that is near and dear to my heart.

How do you recharge?

Yoga, friends, eating well, and connecting with my family.

Do you have any pets?

I have 2 dogs, both are rescues.
