I am a licensed psychologist in the state of California with over seven years of clinical experience. I've worked with adults, older adults, college students, and engineers. My experience in multiple mental health settings, from community mental health, urban hospital centers, medical offices, and a federal government agency have helped me to gain the knowledge and skills to work with people from diverse backgrounds and needs. I offer an integrative model that incorporates evidenced-based approaches, therapeutic relationships, intuition, and culture. Many of my clients have commented on my personable approach to treatment. While I have respect for the application of theory to practice, I do not apply a one size fits all approach that is tethered to one approach.

I am a Black female psychologist because I did not see myself reflected in the world of psychology.
I enjoy listening to podcasts, watching TV shows, traveling, playing with my rescue dog, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family
I think it is important to make sure I spend 10-20 mins outside getting fresh air and noticing the world around me.
I love to spend time working in my garden and growing vegetables and bee-friendly plants.
I have a rescue dog that is one of my joys. She is a 9lb terrier mix and has the confidence of the biggest dog in the room. She is adorable and can convince anyone to give her everything on their dinner plate.
