In my practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a Psychodynamic and Solution-Focused approach, as well as mindfulness. I tailor my approach to fit the needs of my client. I help individuals work on changing their mindsets to more positive thinking to help foster improved self-worth and improved relationship. I encourage positive growth to help them live a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
