In my practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a Psychodynamic and Solution-Focused approach, as well as mindfulness. I tailor my approach to fit the needs of my client. I help individuals work on changing their mindsets to more positive thinking to help foster improved self-worth and improved relationship. I encourage positive growth to help them live a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I wanted to give back to others and help people overcome their struggles in life.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy time with family, traveling to the beach, and trying new things.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I utilize meditation and exercise for both my mind and body.

How do you recharge?

I listen to calming music, go for a walk, or sit at the beach to unwind.
