I became a mental health provider because I love helping people. I continue in this field because I get great satisfaction in seeing people make changes that improve their lives.
My interests outside work are salsa dancing, reading, writing and exploring new places.
I do some type of exercise almost every day. I dance, walk, hike, and skate and I go to Orange Theory three times per week.
I recharge by sleeping in and having a relaxing, slow day with no plans.
