I have been providing therapy services for almost twenty years. I use short-term Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address your behavior and thought patterns. This evidenced-based approach helps you make needed changes more rapidly.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became a mental health provider because I love helping people. I continue in this field because I get great satisfaction in seeing people make changes that improve their lives.

What are your interests outside of work?

My interests outside work are salsa dancing, reading, writing and exploring new places.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I do some type of exercise almost every day. I dance, walk, hike, and skate and I go to Orange Theory three times per week.

How do you recharge?

I recharge by sleeping in and having a relaxing, slow day with no plans.
