Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to what we decide you need out of therapy. It can be as structured or as free-flowing as you need. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other modalities. At the end of the day, I believe it's about a safe space for you to explore your experiences and to have support while you create the changes you want to make in your life. I always show up in all my humanness to give you the freedom to do the same and bring warmth, creativity, and humor into our sessions.

I became a mental health professional because I strongly believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. I feel passionately that every person can create a life they love, and that it's easier to do so with the right support in place.
I love reading, baking, and being in nature.
I have a morning ritual that helps me set the tone for my day.
I recharge by spending time alone or with people closest to me. I love curling up with tea and a good book or watching a good movie.
