Every day I help individuals and couples move toward being their best selves and living their best lives. No matter where you’re starting, things can get better. I’m a divorced, co-parenting mom (of multiples!). Going through personal life challenges has given me the strength, passion, and resilience to help others.
My experience of parenting through divorce and co-parenting beyond it gives me tremendous empathy for my client’s struggles. I also know that when you walk through the fire of life you’ll come to find understanding and a new path. It does get better!
I used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT is a short-term, problem-focused form of behavioral treatment that helps people see the difference between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, and free them from unhelpful patterns of behavior. There is no cookie-cutter plan that works for every person, so my therapy style is adaptive, creative, and client-focused.
