My therapeutic approach is a blend of multiple orientations as well as meeting the client where they are at. While every person is unique and responds to each type of counseling differently, I focus on Cognitive Behavior Therapy. It's important to consider the right counseling style that will fit the needs of the client.

My interests outside of work are socializing with friends and family. I also often go out for walks to enjoy the sun.
