Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Relational, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is my preferred practice often times drawing in from other modalities as needed depending on where the client is. I aim for Strengths-based goal driven, Short term Solution-focused, and Client-Centered approaches while obtaining client perspective and feedback throughout the course of services. My goal is to facilitate and empower you towards improved functioning, with self-discovery/reflection through psychodynamic practice using honest non judgmental, and compassionate services.
