I am a personable, bilingual clinician who believes therapy is for everyone in search of overcoming life obstacles. I believe healing and progress can be obtained through a collaborative approach to therapy. My goal is to offer clients a non-judgmental space where anyone feels safe to face their struggles and challenges. I help individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, parenting issues, and women's issues. The decision to start therapy can feel unfamiliar and scary, however, it would be my honor to help overcome those fears by starting this journey of improvement and change with you.

I became a mental health professional because I believe every individual has the capacity to improve their quality of life when there is access to support in aiding them to address their concerns. I believe everyone can accomplish healing through treatment with support from quality, compassionate mental health providers, therefore I committed to becoming a licensed counselor to help those individuals.
I enjoy spending time with my family traveling around Texas and discovering family-friendly locations and restaurants. I also enjoy staying active by participating in group workouts, community walks, and weight training at the gym.
I recharge by traveling to other cities to visit my parents, grandparents, and siblings! Spending quality time with family gives me the ability to recharge and feel renewed to continue to focus and stay motivated!
I have a Dog named Ace, and he is a 6-year-old male Australian Shepherd. My favorite pet story is the time my pet ate a cupcake I had been saving. I left my cupcake on the counter, and I stepped out of the room for a few minutes. When I returned to the room, I saw Ace run to his bed and put his head down. I realized then, my cupcake was missing, and the only thing left was crumbs.
