Hi there! I’m happy that you’re here and willing to take a look at things in your life through a perspective of change. Change is the only constant in life. Change is uncomfortable but if you’ve made it to this point, I encourage you to continue to choose yourself and take charge of your life. I’m here to take clinical words or taboo ideas and see how they might firstly, make sense in your situation and secondly, apply to your day-to-day in concrete ways. I am not here to give you answers rather ask the right questions that help you discover or accept answers yourself. Let’s move forward together!

What are your interests outside of work?
Crafting, spending time outdoors, and bringing friends together over a themed party.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?
Making my bed and deep breaths!
How do you recharge?
Walks in nature and catching up with my loved ones near and far—and the occasional reality TV show on the couch.
Do you have any pets?
I grew up raising 53 Saint Bernard puppies that I was able to love on for a few weeks before sending them to their new loving homes.
