I am a licensed counselor in Dallas, Texas, and have practiced individual therapy for over 10 years. I provide counseling for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, life changes, injury, illness, and grief. I also love helping clients set goals and reach them! I started my career working with college students and have spent many years working in hospitals, helping people who have suffered injury and illness navigate life. I am a big positive psychology person meaning that while we navigate challenges, we will also identify things that you are doing right and use those strengths to cultivate growth.

My friends and family have often called me "the calm within the storm", and I love helping others by walking their journey with them. As a counselor, I feel honored to be trusted with people's stories and celebrate their growth.
I am truly a "people person". After a long day of working with people, I love to spend time with more people! :) I have an amazing group of friends who are family and I love doing life with them. I enjoy long hikes in the Texas Hill Country and serving at my church. Currently loving exploring my new community in Dallas, Texas!
I'm not really a morning person, but I have worked hard to create a morning routine that brings me joy and fuels me for the day. This includes my favorite caramel creamer in my coffee, a brisk incline walk at the gym, and time spent praying for my family and friends.
I LOVE dogs! I had a shih tzu named Otis for many years who was my snuggle buddy! He passed away a couple of years ago but am looking forward to adopting a new furry friend soon.
