My communication style is reflective listening, person-centered, and compassion-based. There is a certain level of vulnerability and self-awareness that is admirable to be able to seek support for yourself when struggling with something significant in your life. My style is affirming, empowering, and open-minded. I believe it’s important to be open-minded, non-judgmental, and provide treatment that reflects integrity and respect. It would be my privilege to be that person for you and provide support along the way. Together we will explore your level of care needs, goals, and hopes you have for yourself on this journey, at your pace.

What has driven me to continue the complex work of psychotherapy is the privilege it affords me to connect with others. For over 8 years, I have been afforded the opportunity to be a vessel for people vulnerable enough to seek help and collaborate with them on their journey to awareness and healing.
My interests are spending time with family, friends, being out in nature when I can, listening to music, and baking.
One thing I do daily to support my own mental health is check in with myself even if for only a few minutes day, regardless of the mood that brought me to that point, I am grateful for it.
I recharge through being very intentional about self care daily
