I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked 20+ years with children and adults who have experienced mental health challenges. My approach is simple: Meet people where they are at from a compassionate, non-judgmental, and honest perspective. I use a collection of therapeutic techniques specific to the needs of the person, and my underlying philosophy is to facilitate conversations that evoke critical thinking so that people can master the skills necessary to resolve their own issues. I also provide mandated or court-ordered services, as I have considerable experience working in Family Court, CPS, and Criminal Court. I’m considered an “expert witness” and can also help with navigating the complexities of these systems.

I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children and watching sports. And when I have time, working in my wood shop building things.
Having a cup of joe and watering the garden in the morning.
Sea Shepherd because, as their mission states, their "sole mission is to protect and conserve the world’s oceans and marine wildlife. We work to defend all marine wildlife, from whales and dolphins, to sharks and rays, to fish and krill, without exception."
Simply put: a good night's sleep.
