Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Couples [The Gottman Method], Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I have over 9 years of experience in the mental health field, working with a wide variety of individuals and assisting them in overcoming their struggles. My topics of specialty are depression, anxiety, communication, relationships, and anger. I utilize different modalities depending on the person and situation, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Informed Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. Making sure that a therapy plan is individualized is highly important to me, as no two individuals are the same. I hope to make you an active leading role in your own mental health, in order to create the kind of life that you want to live and find happiness in.

The Gift of Therapy by Irvin D. Yalom. I think it is a fantastic read for anyone who is receiving or providing therapy and helps provide perspective on some of the things that are important in the process.
I recharge by getting some alone time reading, gaming, or spending time with my dog.
