I am a licensed psychotherapist and have worked in mental health and social services since 2011. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy that is individualized to each client and their specific needs, strengths, and goals. I utilize an eclectic approach that incorporates different evidenced-based therapeutic frameworks. I am passionate about partnering with my clients to help them achieve their personal goals and reach their fullest potential.
I have spent over ten years working with individuals, couples, and families. I have experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. I am also perinatally trained through PSI and am passionate about supporting parents at any stage of their parenting journey. My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented.

I truly enjoy helping people. I am energized by being able to support others and walk alongside them in whatever season of life they are in.
I love spending time with the important people in my life including my family and friends. I also enjoy going to the beach, working out, reading, traveling, going to the farmer's market, and finding fun new restaurants.
I try to find the positive. Some days that is really tough but I honestly believe that there is something good, even on the hardest days.
I recharge by working out, doing breath work, meditating, and finding time for myself (which is needed because I'm the epitome of an extroverted introvert).
