What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy time with loved ones as well as quiet time alone. I am physically active, I exercise 5-7 days a week. I love food and trying out new local restaurants.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I do self affirmation and exercise daily. I also practice mindfulness throughout the day.

What book have you read more than once?

The Gift: 12 Lessons to Save Your Life by Edith Eger. This book can be emotionally triggering but it also offers wisdom on healing.

Do you have any pets?

I have a rescue dog, he is my fur child. He provides comfort, support, unconditional love and he is always there for me.
