Navigating life can be extremely stressful. It is important to know you do not need to face these challenges alone, and therapy can be a useful tool to aid in working through difficulties. As a therapist, I am passionate about partnering with clients to help them learn and develop healthy coping and problem-solving skills. I work collaboratively with clients to identify goals and build an individualized treatment plan- tailored to each person’s unique needs.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is fundamental to healing and I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, space where clients feel they can show up authentically. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and I utilize client-centered and strength-based techniques. I am also trained in art therapy and welcome incorporating creative modalities into therapeutic work. My hope is that at the end of each session, you feel seen and heard.

I became a mental health professional because I truly believe in the value of feeling seen and heard.
I love art and being creative!
To support my mental and emotional well-being, every morning I enjoy a warm cup of coffee and listening to the morning birds.
I recharge by spending the day out in nature or in a large body of water- away from technology.
I have a cat, a dog, and a horse. My cat and dog are each rescues!
