Treating my clients with respect is my utmost priority. I am genuine; others find it easy to talk to me about their problems. I do not claim to have all the answers, but I strive to stay educated regarding all therapies that could be helpful to you, the client. I tend to focus more heavily on a strength-based perspective when delivering therapy.
I want my clients to know that I respect them. By agreeing to begin therapy, you have taken one of the most courageous steps toward a peaceful life.

I originally entered the social work profession to work in hospice. After working in hospice for three years, I wanted to continue my education and learn more about why people do what they do.
I love anything outdoors! I am a Jeep fanatic and love to take off my sunroof on pretty days. I enjoy walking my little dog, going to Pilates, having dinner with friends, and traveling.
I get up, journal/meditate (with my cup of coffee firmly in hand). I then follow with exercise and prep for my day.
The Body Keeps The Score and My Side of the Mountain.
I have worked for and support, The Hospice of East Texas ( a nonprofit). I believe hospice is a gift to those in need of help.
I get adequate sleep, go outside to be around nature, laugh with good friends, and try not to take life too seriously.
I had two small dogs but recently had to put my older dog down. I will miss him tremendously!
