My goal is to inspire profound personal transformation using a unique, fun, and practical approach to create long-lasting emotional and professional alignment.

My Therapy Style

One of my favorite aspects of being both a licensed clinician and a certified professional coach is the opportunity it affords me to connect with people and look at the larger picture. I am honored when a client allows me to be part of their journey. And I always learn so much from my client's unique stories and personal paths. I have created several personal values exploration workshops and enjoy working with clients on identifying and living in alignment with their core values.

I enjoy taking seemingly unrelated pieces of various stories, playing around with them, and connecting them all to make an even larger and more powerful narrative. I find it rewarding to work with others as they ignite their inner flame and live their best life.

I have 23+ years of experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist (intern and licensed clinician), with experience providing treatment, case management, assessment, and school-based services for local families, adults, young adults, teens, and youth.

I am skilled in the areas of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Crisis Intervention, and Group Therapy.

My training with the Coaches Training Institute taught me the art of "powerful coaching questions" and how to be an effective and intuitive leader. I learned the art of listening and intuitively understanding my client over the phone or virtually without physically being in the same room with them. As a warm, dynamic, and masterful coach, my goal is to inspire profound personal transformation using a unique, fun, and practical approach to create long-lasting emotional and professional alignment.
