Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
We all go through transitions and different waves in our life but ultimately we all want to live a genuine authentic life. We have the capacity to obtain it but how to navigate it is the challenge. I have been practicing in New York City since 2015, giving guidance to those who want to make changes and implement strategies to handle conflicts, transitions and issues which create barriers to their own happiness.
It can be daunting to start therapy and be vulnerable with a stranger. I provide the space for you to work at your own comfort, pace and autonomy. I provide talk therapy that is reflective, and explorative with compassion. Treatment goals are a collaborative effort.

I became a mental health professional because I love putting together connections, patterns and helping people by being their guide along their path to inner healing.
My interests outside of work are working on various craft projects, reading books, listening to music and watching comedies, fantasy or sci-fi movies with my family.
Pray to God for inner strength and to help others.
I have read the Harry Potter Series more than once because it is about fantasy which I love and as the movies came out I like to refresh my mind because most movies never get the book right!
My favorite organization is PCAA-Prevent Child Abuse America because I love children and I am against any child abuse.
I recharge by going outside and taking a walk somewhere that is stimulating.
