I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years of experience. My clinical experience is working with adults and families. I use an eclectic therapy approach that incorporates a variety of therapeutic principles and philosophies. I tailor sessions to each individual's needs.

I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma recovery and anxiety. I am also trained in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I incorporate mindfulness into my practice.
