Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working with clients since 1998. Through my experience with clients, I have been on a quest to find the most effective approaches to help make significant changes and feel empowered.
I am a strong believer in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which gives specific tools and techniques to be successful and present in our daily lives. I have found that it is important to develop an understanding of ourselves through attention to our core beliefs and doing the work to understand the changes that occur through our experiences. I utilize mindfulness techniques and emotional regulation skills to help manage emotions and therefore actions. I help clients find the strength that they already have within themselves so that they may use it to their fullest potential.

I have a black lab that is 3 years old. I have had pets throughout my whole life. My last dog lived until he was almost 16 years old. We love to say that our dog is the best thing we ever purchased on the internet. We bought them during the Covid lockdown and he is an amazing dog.
