I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 7+ years of experience working with college-aged students, and adults in a variety of settings. My approach to therapy is eclectic and is based on the needs of each client. We will work collaboratively to address any issues you have and create goals and a treatment plan.
I believe it is my responsibility as an LMHC to provide validation, empathy, and genuine support to every person that I take under my care. I will assist you on your journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I look forward to connecting with you and doing anything I can to help you in any way you need, but most importantly to always be there to listen.

I became a mental health professional because I have had very close contact with people who were mentally ill, which fueled my fire to get out there and try to help others. There is something very powerful about being able to hold someone else’s trauma in a safe place.
Outside of work, you can find me being in total mom mode. I also love the New York Rangers so I frequent Madison Square Garden. I like being active and exploring new places and things.
I disconnect from all things daily. I will have an hour to myself to do whatever it is my mind and body want to do. Most times it’s watching a horror movie or reality tv.
