Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Psychodynamic, Relational, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
My treatment is tailored to meet each individual's needs to manage the challenges raised by life’s circumstances. I provide a safe environment for clients to tell their story, discover their internal dialogue, and "unstuck" themselves from what is preventing them to live an authentic life. I utilize humor and bring a positive energy to support my clients in their therapeutic process.
I work with individuals using an integrative, strength-based, culturally aware approach. I believe that each client is unique and, therefore, I do not rely on a rigid approach. I instead use interventions from varying modalities and tailor these practices to meet the needs of my clients. I have extensive experience in helping people with anxiety, depression, relational and life transitions issues, and symptoms due to their history of trauma.
