Therapy Style

Are you feeling stuck, unsure, unbalanced, out of control, angry, sad, anxious, irritable, scared, or just a little uncomfortable and don't know why? If so, you are not alone – so many people have underlying trauma that has never been explored or processed. Trauma comes in many different forms and does not discriminate. Let's talk, let's figure out where your happiness went and find that hope again. I would love to be able to meet you, explore your mental health desires, and walk a transformational journey with you.

I am well trained in treating trauma, crisis stabilization, eating disorders, depression and anxiety. I am a therapist who comes from an Interpersonal, client-centered approach. My passion is empowering you with self-love, self-care and embodying everything about your past experiences to allow for healing. It is not easy to reach out to someone for help. Thank you for wanting to take the first step to embrace change. You are not alone!
