My style is focused on educating, supporting, and empowering others in developing emotional and behavioral coping skills that are healthy and effective to manage life’s difficulties. I am deeply passionate about sharing the power of meditation and practicing a mindful life. I am a certified Mindfulness Teacher through International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA). I believe that learning and cultivating a meditation practice can lead to awakening insight which expands the individual’s ability to explore their own pain and suffering. Therefore, I integrate mindfulness as a pivotal piece in not only my personal life but in all my therapeutic approaches.

I enjoy skiing, hiking, SUP, reading, video games, and traveling.
I meditate at least 20 minutes daily and engage in some type of exercise like boxing or strength training.
I have three Yorkshire terriers! I recently put a social filter on my dog where it looked like a cartoon dog and I laughed for a good 15 minutes. My dog the whole time had no idea but was just enjoying the fact that I was laughing at them.
