I have over thirteen years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families from various backgrounds. I use a Strength-Based, client-centered approach to treatment with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused interventions. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, grief, loss, depression, burnout, and managing life’s challenges. I believe the client is the expert of their story and has many strengths that will assist them in overcoming any of life's challenges. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
