I have a passion for helping clients become more aware of what is keeping them "stuck" and working collaboratively towards attainable goals. My clients describe me as direct, compassionate, helpful, and understanding. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I believe that therapy should be used as a tool and be just as helpful outside of the sessions. I utilize processing, skill-building, and psychoeducation during sessions and love seeing the growth within each client.

I have had personal experiences growing up and as a young adult where it would have been really helpful if I had had an opportunity to connect to a therapist. I've always seen the value in this unique relationship and love that I can be part of someone else's process now.
I enjoy being in nature, walking/hiking, I recently started horseback riding, spending time with my family, sitting by the pool, enjoying good food, and connecting with friends.
Some sort of exercise!
Spending time in nature, sitting by a river or the ocean, or going on a long walk.
