I was originally a business major, however while in college I took a Psych 101 class that completely changed my mind. I was fascinated by the ever changing mind and delved in to it further by switching my major. That journey led me to finding a career in a field a felt passionate about.
I love creative arts including painting, writing and music. I also enjoy travel and outdoor activities.
Make time to be outside and enjoy nature.
I recharge by practicing daily mindfulness including occasional sound baths.
