My therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and welcoming to the therapeutic space. I am a Strengths-Based, solution-oriented individual and family therapist who works with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, substance use, relationships, or major life transitions. As a therapist, I utilize a variety of different therapeutic interventions to customize treatment to meet my clients' needs. I love empowering my clients to leave therapy feeling proud of the work they have done, and confident and capable in the next stage of life.

I went to therapy for the first time when I was 14, and have experienced how the therapeutic process can drastically change your life. I believe every person should have the opportunity to experience therapy, as having a safe space just for you, is truly incredibly special. I entered the profession to help continue advocating for mental health care and help others on their own journey.
