Why did you become a mental health professional?

I went to therapy for the first time when I was 14, and have experienced how the therapeutic process can drastically change your life. I believe every person should have the opportunity to experience therapy, as having a safe space just for you, is truly incredibly special. I entered the profession to help continue advocating for mental health care and help others on their own journey.

What are your interests outside of work?

Spending time with my family and friends, gardening, dancing, and being outside.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

The Trevor Project truly is saving young LBGTQ+ people's lives every day.
