My Name is Elie and I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in New York. I enjoy supporting and empowering my clients, helping them to create change and new opportunities for themselves. My goal is to assist my clients in managing various concerns, helping them with life transitions, and goal setting.

I have over 10 years of experience providing individual and couples counseling. Having considerable experience working with a culturally diverse client base allows me the ability to be more sensitive to cultural differences. I’ve worked with clients who struggle with motivation, life balance, career challenges, life transitions, relationships, communication, anxiety, depression, and chronic or terminal health challenges.

It is important to me to establish a safe, nonjudgmental environment, and show respect to all clients. The methods that guide my practice are a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, and Motivational Interviewing therapies. I am reflective and flexible in my style. Each person has their own way of relating, and I do my best to create a plan with my clients that works for them.

Exploring therapy is a huge step! Should you decide to move forward, I am here to assist you with overcoming obstacles standing in your way of success.
