I believe life is a journey and everyone has their personal challenges. I enjoy the experience of understanding you and helping you. I am an active participant in sessions by asking questions to fully understand who you are and how best to support you. I individualize your treatment based on what you want, need and who you are. I see myself as a coach to support you in obtaining your goals and a sense of wellness in your life.

I became a mental health professional because I grew up surrounded by family members who had mental illness. I understood it and felt that, based on my experiences and my knowledge, I could be very helpful to others.
I am an avid exercise person. I love walking and working out at the gym. I try to do this daily. I have three adult children who I love to spend time with. My husband and I play Catun and I enjoy the nature of the game.
I love Goodwill, they do so much by providing jobs, free counseling, and having stores we can donate too!
I recharge by exercising, spending time with close friends and watching shows!
I rescued a chihuahua who ran away (when I wasn't home) because he suffered from severe anxiety. Somehow found his way back to my house after 12 days in rural northern California after only going for a walk twice.
