Therapy Style

I have worked with adults regarding various concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, addiction, trauma, and emotional abuse. My therapeutic approaches are person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Christian counseling, and couples counseling. I am a laid-back and dedicated therapist who wants to see you be successful. I look forward to partnering with you to achieve all your goals.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

You should expect a warm, caring environment with someone who will try to partner with you to achieve goals. In our first session, you’ll have the opportunity to share what brings you into counseling and we’ll start getting to know each. If you think we might be a good fit, please reach out today!
