With 15 years of experience in psychotherapy, I believe everyone should have a sense of belonging. When you are with me in therapy, I allow you to get to that place where you can find purpose and live life passionately. As your therapist, my primary goal is to meet you where you are at in order for us to achieve your therapy goals. Meeting you where you are at is allowing you to share deep, and painful circumstances that brought you to therapy. In our first meeting, I make it my priority to make you feel at ease as sharing your life story can be very hard most times. The therapeutic relationship is the number one advocate for change!

My father passed away in the hospital. I was right there with him. I knew God had plans for me to help others through grief and loss. After which I volunteered in a nursing home for 3 years. I then realized that I love bringing joy to others and helping people to overcome life challenges.
