I have an empathic style to treatment. Although I identify as an eclectic therapist, I use a Person-Centered therapeutic lens and adapt treatment styles to each client’s presenting problem. It is important to me to allow my clients to feel respected and comfortable. I make every effort for my clients to have a non-judgmental and unbiased environment. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults and adults. I am passionate about treating individuals who have been stigmatized due to their behavioral health issues and/or addiction.

I enjoy music - if it is listening or singing along - it always makes me happy. I started traveling and seeing different parts of the world, which has been fun. I also like spending time with my family, close friends and two rescue dogs.
I like having time alone for a few moments in the day to collect my thoughts. I feel this helps me to center and ground myself.
I have to choose the Alzheimer's Association. They are a true support network for families who are experiencing a loved one with Alzheimer's disease. They assist families when they need it the most. They are very dear to my heart.
I have two rescue beagle mix dogs who love to howl and bark at anything that moves!
