What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Daily mindfulness routine and morning walks.

What book have you read more than once?

Marsha Linehan's Building a Life Worth Living. Dr. Linehan is the developer of DBT and her therapeutic approach and style has changed my practice personally.

Do you have any pets?

I have two dogs, Fritz and Frank! Both were adopted from shelters and were living a life of luxury, napping and snacking, until their two-legged human sister arrived and now they have to contend with her using them as a chair or pillow at any given time.
