Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Couples [The Gottman Method], Motivational Interviewing, Relational, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
My passion lies in helping individuals meet their goals and work towards becoming their best selves. I have expertise and experience treating depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, trauma, family and relational issues, marital concerns including infidelity, and more.
My therapeutic approach is fairly simple: I believe you are the expert in your life and I am here as a partner and sounding board to help you make real positive changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is strengths based and combines cognitive-behavioral and solution focused therapy. It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
