I first began my pursuit of counseling because I wanted to help people. I wanted to give people hope that life does not always have to be so difficult. I have experience working with at-risk teens and their families, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life. I like to use skills and tools from different modalities so that each person can have the best fit for their needs. Together, we will develop personalized goals as well as individualized steps to help you achieve them.

I love to sing, bake cakes and cookies, and spend time with my husband and 4 boys.
I try to be intentional about making time for me to be quiet and still. As an introvert, this time I take to recharge gives me the ability to recharge so that I can be the best wife, mom, and therapist that I be.
I love listening to podcasts, reading, or taking naps.
I have a dog named Jeremiah. My favorite story is the day we brought him home. Our boys had never had a pet bigger than a fish, so the day we brought Jeremiah home was a big adjustment for all of us. Jeremiah had had a rough life before coming to live with us, so he was very anxious and shy. However, it did not take him long to warm up to us (and us to him). He has been such a joy and a wonderful addition to our family.
