I specialize in using a person-centered therapeutic approach to assist clients in managing life's daily stressors. I believe that therapy should be a safe space where goals are aimed to meet clients where they are on their journey, whether they are new to therapy or wish to gain insight into navigating ongoing challenges. I have 5 years of experience working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, stress, chronic pain, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. I also assist families navigating the foster care/adoption process, experiencing difficulties with co-parenting, or wishing to improve parenting techniques.

I became a mental health professional to provide compassion and assistance to individuals who are struggling with managing life's daily stressors.
I enjoy spending time with family, engaging in creative outlets, and spending time in nature.
One thing I do daily that supports my mental and emotional well-being is taking time for self-care.
My favorite local organization/non-profit is Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge due to their many decades of experience helping injured animals in need and providing sanctuary for animals that cannot be released back into the wild. They have beautiful walking trails along preserved pinelands and provide education to children and families who wish to learn more about the wildlife that is indigenous to the area.
Engaging in exercise and being around nature is a great way for me to recharge.
