I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with a diverse group of clients in various clinical settings. In my practice, I use a person-centered approach along with other evidence-based strategies to help you achieve lasting change in your life. My hope is that through our work together, you will develop the skills and insight to approach life more confidently and achieve your potential. I believe in every person's ability to change and improve their lives, no matter their history, limitations, or current challenges.
I aim to create an environment that is comforting and supportive. However, I also believe in providing direct and honest feedback while encouraging my clients to be active participants in the therapeutic process. I am also a proponent of wellness-based interventions and I believe in looking at each individual from a holistic perspective.
Whether you are experiencing a long-term mental health issue or simply facing a stressful period in your life, I will meet you where you are emotionally and support you along your journey.
